EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes garments don't fit quite as you expected. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase, so just follow our simple exchange/returns steps below & we will have you back on your bike looking fitter, faster & stronger in no time at all.
Please take extra care with the ordering of tailored items as your piece will be made specifically for you to your requested measurements. Please take advantage of our tailoring samples that we can post out to you to carefully measure your required length adjustments. Due to the individual nature of tailored items, we are unable to cater for changes of mind and returns. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our friendly staff and we'll do our best to guide you through the process. We want to get you looking and feeling your best on the bike!
EXCHANGE
Within 14 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be EXCHANGING the product by emailing us at askv@queenofthemountain.com.au with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
If goods are available, we will notify you. If not available in stock, we will do our best to offer options. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 14 days to:

We recommend that you keep a tracking number of your return parcel as Queen of the Mountain is not responsible for lost or missing exchange parcels. We will notify you by email, including a tracking number, when we post your new exchanged garment out to you.

RETURNS
Within 14 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be RETURNING the product by emailing us at askv@queenofthemountain.com.au with your order number. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 14 days to:

At Queen of the Mountain we ship products both domestically & internationally by 'Australia Post'. Shipping costs are ONE FLAT RATE for all orders:
Within Australia: $9AUD
International: $19AUDÂ
Estimated Delivery Time
Within Australia - One to two business days for your order to arrive in all major cities [except Darwin, this takes a little longer]
International - Ten to fourteen business days for your order to arrive. Australia Post provides a reliable, tracked delivery service in conjunction with your local postal administration.

When will my order be dispatched
All Queen of the Mountain products 'Available Now' on our website will be dispatched within one to two business days from receiving the order.

Queen of the Mountain will send an email with a tracking number link when the order is dispatched.
